Glass products can often be seen in our lives. Glass products enhance their decorative effect, which is not only beautiful but also practical. Although glass fiber cloth does not look like glass, it is really a product made of glass;
Glass fiber, commonly known as glass fiber, is made from glass ball or waste glass, and then through high-temperature melting, drawing, winding, weaving and other processes; There are two main production processes:
One: one-shot tank furnace wire drawing method
1. First, pyrophyllite and other raw materials are melted into glass solution in the furnace;
2. After the bubbles are removed, they are transported to the perforated plate through the channel;
3. The glass fiber precursor is drawn at high speed;

This process method can connect hundreds of leakage plates through multiple channels to produce at the same time. Its process is simple, energy saving and consumption reduction, forming is stable, and production efficiency is high;
Two methods: twice forming crucible wire drawing method
1. First, the glass raw materials are melted into glass balls at high temperature;
2. Then melt the glass ball again;
3. The glass fiber precursor is made by high-speed wire drawing;
This process method is complicated, high energy consumption, unstable molding process and low labor productivity;
From this point of view, the first method is better than the second. Therefore, the large scale manufacturers with strong strength will generally use the once-forming tank furnace wire drawing method, while the twice forming crucible wire drawing method is generally used for small manufacturers.
